Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for creator payments.
  • Lead product development for new business streams.
  • Update business generation policies for creators.
  • Manage launch reviews and coordinate with GTM teams.
  • Resolve complex payment and reporting bugs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 4 years of experience pricing and platform earnings.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with social media platform companies.
  • Experience with payment, financial, or advertising systems.
  • Experience working on back-end systems.
