Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of new music recommendations across YouTube Main and YouTube Living Room feeds.
  • Optimize the nomination and ranking of new music releases and videos.
  • Improve the quality and availability of algorithmic music radios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term roadmaps for music quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer product management.
  • Experience in data-driven product direction and quality-focused domains.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML foundations and concepts.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience in content recommendation systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the intersection of music and technology.
