Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Growth Platform campaign management roadmap to streamline campaign creation and management.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and marketing to build features that accelerate campaign launch velocity.
  • Execute the roadmap for measuring campaign outcomes and educate users on best practices.
  • Explore how generative AI can be leveraged within the growth ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer product management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing.
  • Experience building or managing internal-facing platforms or campaign management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience balancing growth and efficiency within a large-scale consumer environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning, creation, and measurement methodologies.
