Product Manager I, YouTube Discovery

This role is based in San Bruno, CA.

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch of AI/ML-powered features.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to enhance user experiences.
• Define and analyze success metrics to measure engagement and growth.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in recommender systems, machine learning, or Large Language Models.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
