Product Manager I, YouTube Discovery

This role is based in San Bruno, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the lifecycle of features and models powered by AI/ML to improve recommendation quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and data science teams to create advanced user representations.
• Define and analyze key success metrics for user engagement and satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in recommender systems, machine learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and other stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
