This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an owner on internal tools and solutions for the Global Partnerships team, size and identify opportunities, improve business outcomes and user experience.
  • Own delivery of new and evolved features on the tools roadmap, including setting milestones, incorporating product design, driving user research and testing.
  • Partner with the business to ensure successful launches, identify the right success metrics for tools, and track performance against those metrics.
  • Own the relationship with the business, working with stakeholders to align and prioritize roadmap and feature requests based on business impact.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • Experience with developing AI-powered products and solutions.
  • Experience with CRMs/tools.
