Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Boulder, CO, USA

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and write clear specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to understand user behavior.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective feature delivery.
• Drive the next generation of support capabilities leveraging AI.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
• 2 years of experience from conception to launch of technical products.
• Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured projects.
• Knowledge of consumer products and customer support technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
