This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle for specific features or components.
  • Conduct user and agent research, analyze behavior, and leverage data to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Research, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Define key success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience working with Generative AI or Agentic AI products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience turning broad, ambiguous problems into clear, well-structured projects.
  • Ability to define metrics, analyze experiments, and communicate results.
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting to executive leadership.
