Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and gather insights.
  • Define solution requirements based on customer needs.
  • Conduct design workshops and author solution design guides.
  • Support the larger field technical community.
  • Train sales, partners, and customers on network design best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • 1 year of experience in network security or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical function or role.
  • 2 years of experience delivering technical presentations.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
