Product Manager, Google Cloud Support Platform

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, product definition and road map for mission critical Cloud Support capabilities.
- Engage as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand and define their strategy, business processes, issues and priorities to inform product strategy.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery.
- Foster and facilitate decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders.
- Lead processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within software as a service (SaaS).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and support domain.
- Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities.
- Ability to engage with Engineers on product road map and systems design.
