Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and road map for Cloud Support capabilities.
- Engage with business leaders to inform product strategy.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, and internal teams to drive product delivery.
- Foster decision-making across stakeholders and operational teams.
- Lead processes to track product metrics.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience in SaaS product development or launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and support domain.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities.
- Ability to engage with Engineers on product road map.
