Product Manager, Google Cloud Support Platform

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and road map for Cloud Support capabilities.
• Engage with business leaders to inform product strategy.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and internal teams to drive product delivery.
• Foster decision-making across stakeholders and operational teams.
• Lead processes to track product metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience in SaaS product development or launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and support domain.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities.
• Ability to engage with Engineers on product road map.
