Compensation:
$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation of consumer and business experiences, leveraging product instinct, experimentation, and decision making.
- Own the idea and strategy for integration of AI and agentic capabilities.
- Define market opportunity, set quarterly goals and OKRs, and operationalize strategy through product roadmap.
- Lead product definition and drive AI quality for Inbox features in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience delivering 0 to 1 products on mobile and web.
- Experience with AI/ML and large language models.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship products at high velocity.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics.
