Compensation:

$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of consumer and business experiences, leveraging product instinct, experimentation, and decision making.
  • Own the idea and strategy for integration of AI and agentic capabilities.
  • Define market opportunity, set quarterly goals and OKRs, and operationalize strategy through product roadmap.
  • Lead product definition and drive AI quality for Inbox features in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience delivering 0 to 1 products on mobile and web.
  • Experience with AI/ML and large language models.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship products at high velocity.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics.
