Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define the roadmap for Proof of Identity at Google, focusing on high-assurance biometric signals.
  • Direct the technical evolution of the identity proofing system to protect sensitive internal resources.
  • Collaborate with Security Engineering to integrate advanced verification workflows into the employee journey.
  • Design seamless verification experiences that balance user experience with security.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in identity, security, or enterprise infrastructure.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience with identity provider/authentication systems.
  • Experience with user research and collaboration with UX designers.
  • Familiarity with NIST standards and biometric verification.
