This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Boulder, CO, USA; and other locations.
Compensation:
$132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Understand user and product needs, set strategic direction, and align with overall goals.
- Analyze the self-help journey and optimize conversational AI for consumer support.
- Generate new ideas, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering and product peers.
- Develop strategies to drive usage and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working closely with engineering on infrastructure design.
- Ability to define metrics and analyze experiments.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
