Compensation:

$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and platformize universal intent detection across Gmail and Chat.
  • Architect foundational platform layers for autonomous AI agents.
  • Own end-to-end artifact understanding and develop classifiers for contextual actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to solve high-ambiguity problems.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years of product management experience.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or LLMs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building platformized services or infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead ambiguous projects and converge disparate roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
