Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product goals and execution initiatives within the AGR portfolio.
  • Collaborate with UX and UXR for a user-centric experience.
  • Work with Data Science and Engineering to implement optimization techniques.
  • Align with Strategy and Business Operations teams on goals and OKRs.
  • Drive AI-native strategies into product features.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of product management experience with successful consumer-facing products.
  • Experience in AI/ML foundations and product development.
