$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

The Search Data Science team's goal is to drive Search product excellence and growth with data insights. Responsibilities include performing analysis to assist in investment decisions, conducting research on metrics, and collaborating with product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Provide quantitative support and market understanding.
  • Analyze large data sets and apply statistical methods to improve products.
  • Present findings and make business recommendations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience in analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
