$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

The Search Data Science team aims to enhance Search product performance through data insights. Responsibilities include conducting analysis for investment decisions, researching metrics, and collaborating with product teams to improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Provide quantitative support and market understanding.
  • Work with large data sets to apply statistical methods for product improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify growth and quality opportunities in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering leads.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis and coding (Python, R, SQL), or 2 years with a Master's degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
