$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

The Payments team builds and operates Google’s monetization infrastructure that enables all Google products to monetize. This role involves leveraging Gen AI tools for data exploration and workflow automation while maintaining high standards of experimental design.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis using SQL, R, Python, and custom data infrastructure.
  • Gather, extract, and compile data across sources, ensuring quality.
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business reviews.
  • Provide analytical insights to influence product feature development.
  • Build and prototype analysis and business cases iteratively.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with statistical/casual inference techniques.
  • Experience in the payments or ecommerce industry.
