Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy and improve user experience.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to quantify user behavior and engagement.
  • Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
  • Research and develop machine learning models to enhance user engagement.
  • Create data pipelines and automate reporting processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in analytics, or 5 years with a Master's degree.
  • Experience in experimental design and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience developing machine learning models.
  • Experience in digital marketplaces or app ecosystems.
