Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze product/business success metrics.
• Lead design and interpretation of product experiments.
• Explore data to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop evaluations to enhance AI product quality.
• Apply data analysis techniques to address key business questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8 years of experience in analytics or 5 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
