Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Understand and report on Discover growth, drivers of growth, and launch/holdback analysis.
- Support surface expansion and broader Discover Growth initiatives.
- Articulate and size new growth opportunities for Discover.
- Work with cross-functional teams on launch analysis and product iteration.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related quantitative field.
- Experience as a Data Scientist on a tech product team.
- Experience with experimentation analysis and growth reporting.
