This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and report on Discover growth, drivers of growth, and launch/holdback analysis.
  • Support surface expansion and broader Discover Growth initiatives.
  • Articulate and size new growth opportunities for Discover.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on launch analysis and product iteration.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related quantitative field.
  • Experience as a Data Scientist on a tech product team.
  • Experience with experimentation analysis and growth reporting.
