Compensation:

$282,000-$392,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and launch new approaches in model algorithms, complex agentic reasoning, and graph learning.
  • Chart the strategic course for user privacy, safety, and trust in next-generation AI.
  • Pioneer applications ensuring LLMs and autonomous agents adhere to societal norms.
  • Develop methodologies to detect and prevent abuse in AI ecosystems.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in product management.
  • 5 years of experience defending internet platforms from abuse and safety risks.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing ML or AI for user-facing experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PhD in Engineering or related field.
  • Authorship of scientific publications.
  • Track record of exploring new scientific directions creatively.
