This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation:
$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the PMax Transformer using Java/Kotlin, C++, GoogleSQL, and related technologies.
- Maintain and improve the performance and reliability of the PMax Transformer.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Monitor production systems and debug issues to ensure system stability.
- Advocate for system improvements and new AI technologies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in software development with Java or C++.
- 2 years of experience with API design and distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience programming in Kotlin and with Google technologies such as GoogleSQL, F1.
