This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, or Addison, TX, with remote options available.
Compensation:
$192,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Partner Engineers focusing on cloud transformation outcomes.
- Support partners through technical assessments and product integrations.
- Develop technical plans aligned with customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to create solution documentation and technical assets.
- Recommend Google Cloud integration strategies for partner solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.
- Experience managing engineering teams.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and coaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pre-sales management or technical customer-facing roles.
- Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and present effectively.
- Experience in managing complex cloud solutions.
