This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, or Addison, TX, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$192,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Partner Engineers focusing on cloud transformation outcomes.
  • Support partners through technical assessments and product integrations.
  • Develop technical plans aligned with customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to create solution documentation and technical assets.
  • Recommend Google Cloud integration strategies for partner solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing engineering teams.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and coaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pre-sales management or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and present effectively.
  • Experience in managing complex cloud solutions.
