Outcome Solutions Architect Manager II, Google Cloud

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 194,000-199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Outcome Technical Sales Specialists, focusing on team culture, strategy, and skills development to deliver cloud outcomes for customers.
• Balance technical leadership with operational excellence, supporting team’s progress against delivery plans.
• Develop customer executive relationships and act as a partner on cloud transformation implementation.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks affecting customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to business growth forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in leadership roles.
• Experience with cloud engineering or virtualization platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software life-cycles and developing software for distributed systems.
• Experience as a pre-sales manager or technical customer-facing people manager.
• Experience managing a team through pre-sales processes.
