Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of outcome customer engineers, focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver successful cloud transformation outcomes for customers.
- Balance technical leadership with operational excellence.
- Develop customer executive relationships and act as a strategic partner on cloud transformation.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks affecting customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting based on ramp projections.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in technical program management.
- Experience generating revenue forecasts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with software lifecycles and architecting scalable systems.
- Experience as a pre-sales manager or technical customer-facing people manager.
- Experience managing a team through pre and post sales processes.
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders.
