Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of outcome customer engineers, focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development.
- Balance technical leadership with operational excellence to drive the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads.
- Develop customer executive relationships and act as a partner on cloud transformation implementation.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks affecting customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business forecasting based on ramp projections.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in leadership and technical program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with software lifecycles and scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience as a pre-sales manager or technical customer-facing people manager.
