This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams.
- Employ coding, debugging, or systems design skills to resolve technical blockers.
- Drive and track progress of customer workloads from agreement to consumption.
- Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads during project execution.
- Ensure sustainable product usage for ongoing customer value realization.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, cloud AI, networking, or security.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java).
- Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud products.
