Compensation:
$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to set Marketing’s plan globally and manage critical priorities.
- Conduct data-motivated business analytics to support strategy and investment decisions.
- Improve Marketing efficiency by streamlining workflows and operational processes.
- Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting processes.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in marketing and understanding of marketing capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
