Compensation:

$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute high-impact programs to drive platform adoption and brand innovation amongst C-Level audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Content teams.
  • Manage end-to-end program logistics and impact measurement.
  • Synthesize feedback to influence internal product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategic narratives positioning YouTube as a key partner for business growth.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing, program management, or executive engagement.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience in media, advertising, or creator economy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building educational programs for B2B audiences.
  • Track record of managing councils or advisory boards.
  • Fluency in YouTube’s creator ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to C-Suite audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
