Compensation:
$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-impact programs to drive platform adoption and brand innovation amongst C-Level audiences.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Content teams.
- Manage end-to-end program logistics and impact measurement.
- Synthesize feedback to influence internal product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Develop strategic narratives positioning YouTube as a key partner for business growth.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, program management, or executive engagement.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience in media, advertising, or creator economy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building educational programs for B2B audiences.
- Track record of managing councils or advisory boards.
- Fluency in YouTube’s creator ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to C-Suite audiences.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
