Compensation:
$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Program Managers across North and South America.
- Ensure reliable, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.
- Lead synchronization of equipment arrivals with construction forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate site-specific constraints.
- Serve as the primary regional escalation point for alignment across teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with data center construction program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience assessing security risks in critical infrastructure.
- Ability to run multiple programs strategically and with agility.
