Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Program Managers across North and South America.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of critical infrastructure and validate site readiness.
  • Lead initiatives to synchronize equipment arrivals with construction schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate site-specific constraints to unblock deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for regional alignment across teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with data center construction program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience assessing security risks in critical infrastructure.
  • Ability to run multiple programs strategically.
