As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Global Network Infrastructure and Energy (GIE) Team plans, acquires, builds and operates the network infrastructure from Google’s Data Centers to every internet service provider in the world.

Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team’s mission is to responsibly and responsively execute the end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations required to support our customers. NOSCO focuses on delivering performance that supports network reliability, predictable capacity delivery, and cost efficiencies, which are all key priorities for Google’s network.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Ireland: €146000 - €150000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefitsLearn more about benefits at Google.Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience within supply chain in spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory and operations management.
- Excellent organizational skills and program management capabilities.
- Excellent data analysis skills (e.g., Sheets, SQL).
Responsibilities
- Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against Cloud’s forecasted capacity at Google’s network locations.
- Develop current and next quarter material delivery plans to meet forecasts, deployment schedules that include timely order placement, supply-demand balancing, and mitigate demand upsides. Influence inventory management decisions that de-risk material fulfillment.
- Lead open order book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams. Ensure last mile delivery is not on the critical path for network capacity. Execute to meet key operational metrics, and drive visibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement mitigations to take materials off the critical path for orders due in 90-180 days. Lead supply aware order re-prioritization with customers to address engaging demands. Partner with global logistics, data center operations teams for on-time shipping, delivery.
- Identify the root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
