Compensation:

$174,000-$258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic plans and objectives with executive team and functional leaders.
  • Coordinate cross-organization planning and partnerships.
  • Evaluate and improve business processes across Google Global Infrastructure.
  • Develop innovative business operations solutions and tools.
  • Implement systems to optimize business operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years in strategy and business operations management.
  • 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with talent management and learning development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Six Sigma.
  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in process mapping/engineering in a tech organization.
  • Experience with change management.
