Lead Senior Product Manager, BaseOS and System Health

This role is based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Product Managers overseeing System Health and BaseOS priorities.
• Partner with Engineering teams and Data Scientists to define and build features.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple offices including Krakow, Munich, San Jose, Boulder, Kirkland, Tokyo, and New York.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
