Compensation:
$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design and refine feature experiences for YouTube’s web-based Effect Maker.
- Collaborate with UX Research to identify user trends and translate insights into design solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
- Produce deliverables such as wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in interaction design or UX design.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating effects for video platforms.
- Familiarity with visual scripting platforms and design tools like Figma.
- Passion for mobile video creation and storytelling.
