This role is based in San Bruno, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:
$110,000-$155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define features users love through design and collaborate across UX, Product, and Engineering.
- Produce high-quality designs for mobile phones, tablets, and web.
- Translate conceptual direction into creative designs within engineering and product constraints.
- Communicate design outlook to team members and collaborate with UX researchers.
- Partner closely with engineers for detailed implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in interaction design within product design or UX design.
- Experience with visual design, prototyping, and communication.
- Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience building and contributing to flexible design systems.
- Experience using GenAI tools or vibe coding.
- Experience communicating design positions and storytelling.
