Compensation:

$110,000-$155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define features users love through design and collaborate across UX, Product, and Engineering.
  • Produce high-quality designs for mobile phones, tablets, and web.
  • Translate conceptual direction into creative designs within engineering and product constraints.
  • Communicate design outlook to team members and collaborate with UX researchers.
  • Partner closely with engineers for detailed implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in interaction design within product design or UX design.
  • Experience with visual design, prototyping, and communication.
  • Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience building and contributing to flexible design systems.
  • Experience using GenAI tools or vibe coding.
  • Experience communicating design positions and storytelling.
