Compensation:

$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with PM and Engineering to define a user-centered roadmap for AI-driven livestreaming.
  • Own the full design lifecycle, producing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Lead product innovation through concept development and user testing.
  • Manage design work across multiple projects, ensuring progress toward long-term goals.
  • Foster a supportive UX culture by providing feedback and working cross-functionally.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with visual design and prototyping.
  • Portfolio or relevant work links required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience leading design projects and designing for mobile and desktop applications.
  • Understanding of digital content creation and livestreaming tools.
