Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Designers to define user-centered goals and execute connected experiences on YouTube.
  • Produce high-fidelity mocks, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Drive the product roadmap through ideation, user testing, and research.
  • Manage design workflows across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to a feedback-driven creative culture while optimizing design workflows with AI tools.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience designing consumer-facing products.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Experience with conversational design and GenAI tools.
  • Experience in mobile-first social applications and UX/UI animation.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes.
