Compensation:

$110,000-$155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design products that help creators manage brand partnerships, from initial discovery to final execution.
  • Use high-fidelity prototyping to demonstrate motion, transitions, and logic to stakeholders.
  • Navigate the YouTube ecosystem to ensure brand agreement features integrate seamlessly with Creator Studio.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn user insights into functional interfaces.
  • Apply and contribute to the YouTube design system, ensuring high visual polish and accessibility.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design.
  • Include a portfolio or relevant link to your work in your resume.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience with modern tools to accelerate the design-to-build process.
  • Ability to learn new technical domains quickly.
  • Passion for the creator economy or two-sided marketplaces.
