Interaction Designer, XR Apps

This role is based in San Jose or San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000 - $190,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
• Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Portfolio or relevant work links required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
