Interaction Designer, Local Ads

This role is based in New York, NY or Irvine, CA.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Communicate user experience through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
• Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• 2 years of experience in visual design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for advertisements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
