Interaction Designer, Differentiated Pixel Experiences

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product area and develop perspectives with the Research and Strategy team.
• Drive UX strategies and tactical executions for areas of ownership.
• Direct the execution of Pixel VIP v2 features.
• Learn and influence other designers to enhance UX executions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• 3 years of experience in interaction and visual design for products and design systems.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch on mobile devices.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
