Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing for YouTube in Japan and manage the local marketing team.
- Drive decisions on budget allocation and resource management.
- Influence cross-functional collaborations and resolve potential conflicts between global and local needs.
- Articulate YouTube's value and strategy to stakeholders.
- Guide team towards business goals and support individual development.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 13 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in people management.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- 18 years of marketing experience with 10 years in management.
- Experience in consumer/B2C marketing in the tech industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
