Hardware Performance Test Engineer, Engineering Labs, Platforms

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$132000 - $190000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support hardware prototype bring-up and qualification testing activities.
• Develop Python automation test scripts for system performance regression testing.
• Manage lab resources and ensure project planning within hardware development labs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or science field.
• 2 years of experience in board testing technical environment.
• Experience with Python, Linux, lab tools, and test automation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in multiple hardware test disciplines.
• Knowledge of computer systems and ability to read technical drawings.
• Effective communication and people-management skills.
