Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of system hardware engineers that deliver Data Center products.
  • Define hardware product roadmap, system features, and implementation plan.
  • Own end-to-end hardware system design architecture and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Address technical and deployment issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with hardware vendors and suppliers to meet future needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in a data center or relevant technical environment.
  • 5 years of experience in technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in a related field.
  • Experience managing complex hardware systems for data centers.
  • Understanding of the hardware product development process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
