Compensation:
$117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of global tentpole sales moments (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
- Design and optimize automated lifecycle marketing journeys.
- Manage the end-to-end strategy for creator incentives.
- Align with Product, Data Science, and Regional teams for growth experiments.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
- Experience using data to optimize marketing funnels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the e-commerce or creator economy sectors.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and SQL.
