Compensation:
$211,000-$297,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy for Google Ads.
- Lead a team focused on community management and audience engagement.
- Develop a content distribution plan for thought leadership content.
- Establish a data-driven approach to measure performance and provide insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media presence with business goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing a team of social media professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with organic social media strategies for B2B technology brands.
- Marketing experience to C-level or VP-level audiences.
- Expertise in community management on platforms like YouTube.
- Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging narratives.
