Compensation:

$211,000-$297,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy for Google Ads.
  • Lead a team focused on community management and audience engagement.
  • Develop a content distribution plan for thought leadership content.
  • Establish a data-driven approach to measure performance and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media presence with business goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing a team of social media professionals.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with organic social media strategies for B2B technology brands.
  • Marketing experience to C-level or VP-level audiences.
  • Expertise in community management on platforms like YouTube.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging narratives.
