Compensation:
$240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Hiring and Onboarding.
- Conduct customer discovery to validate product value and usability.
- Utilize AI to enhance product capabilities and advocate for ethical AI use.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years in product management or related technical role.
- Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) product management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Product Leader.
